Pay Rate: $16-$21 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Mail Services Associate to support our team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and excels in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining records.
• Read, categorize, file, and scan mail, legal documents, etc.
• Assist in the filing of electronic documents within the company's systems.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
