HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is thrilled to announce a brand-new opportunity for experienced CAAs to join our expanding team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in beautiful Fort Pierce, Florida. Located just one hour north of West Palm Beach, this Level II Trauma Center serves Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties and offers a clinically advanced environment supported by cutting-edge technology and a strong, collaborative anesthesia care team. Opportunity Highlights

• Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 physicians and 27 APPs
• Brand-new integration of Anesthesia Assistants into the care team
• Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds
• High-volume practice: 11,500+ annual surgical cases
• State-of-the-art facility:
  • 13 ORs + 15 SOS
  • 2 dedicated open-heart ORs
  • 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)
  • Level II Trauma Center
• Flexible scheduling: 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, and 24-hour shifts
• Call: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p–7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a–7a)
• Always staffed: 1 physician + 1 APP in-house
• Top-of-license practice with opportunities to demonstrate and expand clinical proficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services
• 75,000 start date bonus + relocation assistance
